Casa do Bairro doesn't announce itself from the street. The facade is restrained, aligned with the rhythm of the neighbourhood — painted in the same tone as lioz stone. It doesn't seek immediate attention. Discretion is the starting point.
Inside, the space opens through depth and levels, guiding the eye and body through a sequence conceived by NOT Atelier: exposed concrete, an iron staircase, restored original industrial lighting, lioz stone flooring and underfloor heating beneath.
Furniture and décor from the Open House in partnership with Infante & Cabrita Interiores.

A forgotten house in the urban fabric of Mafra, bearing traces of fire. NOT Atelier didn't erase the past — they reinterpreted it.

Two independent entrances, at different levels, connected to the street and the garden. No unnecessary corridors — only continuity. Circulation is an active element of the experience.

This house is reborn in the lived centre of Mafra, where daily life happens on foot. Inhabited streets, local shops, a pace of its own — and the Palace as a constant backdrop.
A few minutes away, the landscape shifts. The sea at Ericeira, green trails, an open horizon. Lisbon stays close when needed.

This house deserved a launch of its own kind. The pre-sale Open House was conceived as an editorial event — with a personalised invitation, décor by Infante & Cabrita Interiores, and the Casa do Bairro magazine as a keepsake for every guest.
